		<description>Sounds like a good idea, the problem is, just about every EV coming out uses a different battery system -- there would be a major incompatibility issue.  Many are promising 5-10 minute quick charges.  So a much more probable solution is for the recharge stations to offer high-speed charging.  Still challenges, but surmountable ones.
